Do you offer any customization options?

Not currently. Our wigs come uncustomised but this is something we will be offering very very soon. Keep your eyes peeled!

Where are your products sourced from?

Our vendors are from East Asia. All HDL products are sourced from top-tier vendors with years of industry expertise. We ensure all our hair extensions are ethically sourced and of the highest quality.

Can I visit your physical store?

Currently, we operate as an online store. However, we may participate in pop-up shops and events. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.

We offer a variety of hair extensions including Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Straight Hair. Each type is available as a Frontal or a Closure. All our laces are HD for that seamless melt.

How do I choose the right length and density?

What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?

HD Lace is a high-definition lace that is undetectable and blends seamlessly with all skin tones. Transparent Lace is clear and thin, providing a natural look and is easy to customize.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping options?

We ship using Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping options and times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Payment processing times vary: Debit/Credit Card Payments take 1-5 working days, Layby takes 5 working days, Sezzle takes 11 working days, and Klarna/Clearpay takes 10-14 working days. Once payment is processed, order preparation begins.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and health and safety laws. However, you can return items within 7 working days for an exchange if the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please email support@hairdefinedlondon.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide details and proof of the issue. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
